Responsibilities
Designing, organizing, commissioning, and maintaining production lines
Handling the development of equipment specifications, proposing capital spending, monitoring the equipment purchasing process, and championing equipment installation.
Improving existing operations, identifying opportunities to incorporate new, more efficient methods and processes, and identifying ways to reduce production costs and increase efficiency.
Providing technical expertise, support, and training to all engineering and maintenance activities
Preparing and keeping current documentation of all equipment and processes.
Meeting launch plans and deadlines.
Assisting with new product and process development.
